Mix besan with all the above ingredients by adding water and smooth, lumps should not present
Make like thick flowing consistency
Take besan batter which contains small holes ladle
Pour drops of this mixture into hot oil with a slotted spoon
Spread and tap slowly with hand
Deep fry till the drops become golden and crispy
Drain to remove excess oil after removing boondi from oil.
