Kara Boondi Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Besan(Gram flour)
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1/4th tbsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/4th tbsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • oil-as required
  • 1/2 cup fried peanuts
  • 1 bunch curryleaves
  • 4 Garlic peace

Instructions
 

  • Mix besan with all the above ingredients by adding water and smooth, lumps should not present
  • Make like thick flowing consistency
  • Take besan batter which contains small holes ladle
  • Pour drops of this mixture into hot oil with a slotted spoon
  • Spread and tap slowly with hand
  • Stire occasionally
  • Deep fry till the drops become golden and crispy
  • Drain to remove excess oil after removing boondi from oil.
  • fry curryleaves, peanuts and garlic in oli
  • Fry peanuts, curry leaves and sprinkle red bean stew powder and salt (according to your taste) subsequent to adding these blend this to boondi and mix well well.

Notes

Step 12: Mix fried garlic, curryleaves, peanuts, boondi, chilli powder, salt
