In the pan, add the water and 1 liter of milk. place on high flames and let it heat.
When the milk starts bubbling keep stirring at high flames in order to avoid the ‘clump’ which reduces the taste.
After 15 minutes, add half cup of sugar to it.(Based on your taste of sugar)if you want more sweet you can add more.
After 10 minutes add 1 spoon of vinegar to break the milk.
In approximately 10 minutes it will become more thick and juicy.
Pour it into a steel plate, that is touched with ghee
Add your favorite dry fruits on it and leave it for 1 hour That’sit your favorite healthy and delicious Indian sweet is ready to serve
