
Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fresh cream
- 15 ml oil
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
- 1 Medium Yellow bell pepper
- 1 Medium Thin Sliced (French Cut) Carrot
- 1 Medium Red bell pepper
- 1/4 Medium Shredded cabbage
- 1/4 Medium Red cabbage shredded
- 1 Ladle Mayonnaise
- 4 white bread Slices
- Butter
- 2 Cheese slice
Instructions
- In a bowl add 1 cup of fresh cream and beat it slightly.
- Now Add -- 150 ml of oil- Pinch of salt- 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar- 1 Tablespoon Mustard Powder- Mix it well and keep it aside
- Take a new bowl and add:Add :- 1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper in French Cut (Thinly Sliced)- 1 Medium Carrot in French Cut (Thinly Sliced)- 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper in French Cut (Thinly Sliced)- 1/4 cup of Shredded Cabbage- 1/4 cup Shredded Reg Cabbage- 1 Ladle of Mayonnaise- Now mix everything well for sometime and set aside.
- Take 2 slices of bread and apply butter on top of it.
- Now put the Mayonnaise batter on top of it. Add 1 slice of cheese on top.
- Now cover the breads with empty bread slices and trim the edges of the breads.
- Place it in Sandwich grill maker for few minutes.
- Slice the bread pieces like sandwich (In triangle shape).
- Serve the delicious Vegetable Mayonnaise sandwich with Mint chutney or chili sauce.

Step 12: Now place the mayonnaise batter on top of it.
Step 13: Place 1 sliced cheese on both the sandwich's.
Step 14: Also trim the edges of the bread.
Step 15: Now place this bread in sandwich maker for sometime.
Step 16: That's it !! yummy sandwich is ready to serve.
Step 17: Serve this crispy and tasty sandwich with Mint chutney or chili sauce.
