
Vegetable Clubhouse Sandwich | American Style
Equipment
- 1 Bread Toaster
- 1 Non Sticky Pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Carrot strips
- 1 Thin sliced medium capsicum
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch Crushed black pepper corns to taste
- Pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 grms cottage cheese, cut into thick slices
- 4 Bread slices
- 2 tbsp oil
- Butter
- Ice berg lettuce leaves
- Crushed black pepper corns
- Mustard sauce
- Tomato slices
Instructions
- In a bowl Add :- 1 Cup Shredded Cabbages- 1/2 Cup Carrot Strips- Thin sliced capsicum strips- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise- Mix it well and keep it aside.
- Now take another bowl and Add:- Pinch of Crushed Peppercorns to taste- 1 Tablespoon Mixed Herbs- 1 Tablespoon Oil and mix it once
- Add 150 grams of thick sliced cottage cheese and dip it well in the oil mixture.
- Place a pan on medium flame and cook the mixed cottage cheese for few minutes and take it into a plate.
- Toast three slices of bread in the toaster and butter the bread as required.
- Now put following ingredients on the bread:- Ice berg lettuce leaves- 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise Carrot Mixture which we mixed.- Pinch of crushed black peppercorns- Pinch of salt- Cover the bread with another(2nd bread slice) bread and apply mustard sauce on top of the bread.- Add thick cottage cheese on top of the bread.- Tomato slices and Pinch of crushed black peppercorns.- Pinch of salt- Add 2 Ice berg lettuce leaves- Cover the sandwich with another slice of bread(3rd toasted Bread).
- That's it !! Delicious Vegetable Clubhouse sandwich is ready to serve with chili sauce or mint chutney.
Notes
Step 1: Take a bowl and add the following :
