Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Clarified butter(Ghee)
  • 1/4 Cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried Ginger powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder

Notes

Step 1: Take a pan and add heat the ghee
Step 2: Add the jaggery into the ghee pan and mix well
Step 3: Mix well at low flame till ghee and jaggery are combined and form a golden syrup
Step 4: Take a bowl and mix ginger, turmeric and cinnamon
Step 5: Add this ghee and jaggery syrup into the dry mixed ginger, turmeric and cinnamon bowl and mix well
Step 6: Wet your palms with little ghee and take a small portions of the mixture and shape into round balls
Step 7: Store this energy balls in an air-tight container
