  • 1 Cut Ice cubes
  • 410 Grams Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Mint
  • 1/4 tbsp Black Salt
  • 1/8 tbsp Black Pepper


  • Take a mixer jar and put 1 cup of ice cubes and 410 gm of chopped tomatoes.
  • Rest of the ingredients includes 1 table spoon Ginger, 1 table spoon Mint, black slat 1/4 table spoon and finally black pepper 1/8 table spoon.
  • Now switch on the mixer for few minutes. Now healthy tomato juice is ready to serve, this will provide vitamin C to your body.


 Step 1: Add Ice cubes in jar
Step 2: Add  410 gm chopped tomato's 
Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon ginger
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon mint
Step 5: Add 1/4 tablespoon Black salt
Step 6: Add 1/8 tablespoon black pepper
Step 6: Blend the recipe
Step 10: Tomato juice ready and serve with mint
