Tomato juice is rich in vitamin C
- 1 Cut Ice cubes
- 410 Grams Tomato
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Mint
- 1/4 tbsp Black Salt
- 1/8 tbsp Black Pepper
- Take a mixer jar and put 1 cup of ice cubes and 410 gm of chopped tomatoes.
- Rest of the ingredients includes 1 table spoon Ginger, 1 table spoon Mint, black slat 1/4 table spoon and finally black pepper 1/8 table spoon.
- Now switch on the mixer for few minutes. Now healthy tomato juice is ready to serve, this will provide vitamin C to your body.
