Sada Sandwich Recipe | Indian Style

Ingredients
  

  • 1 start anise
  • 15-20 black peppercorns
  • 10-12 cloves
  • 1 inch cinnamon sticks
  • 4 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp citric acid
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tbsp dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tbsp black salt
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 Boiled potato
  • 1 Boiled beetroot
  • 4 Bread slice
  • Butter
  • Green chutney
  • Sav

Instructions
 

  • On a medium flame place a pan and Add the following :
    - 1 Star Anise
    - 15 to 20 Black Pepper Corns
    - 10 to 12 Cloves
    - 2 inch Cinnamon Sticks
    - 4 Tablespoons Fennel Seeds
    - 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
    - Dry roast the added ingredients until fragrant
    - Add this in a Mixer jar
  • In the Mixer Jar add the following :
    - 1 and 1/2(One and Half) Tablespoon of Citric Acid
    - 1 Tablespoon Chaat Masala
    - 1 Tablespoon Dry Mango powder
    - 1/2 Tablespoon Black Salt
    - 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
    - Now grind this into a fine powder and keep it aside.
  • Now cut the following vegetables into circle shapes :
    - 1 Cucumber Chopped
    - 1 Onion Chopped
    - 1 Capsicum Chopped
    - 1 Boiled Potato Chopped
    - 1 Boiled Beetroot Chopped
  • Note : Chop all the veggies in circles for placing it on bread.
  • Now take a bread and trim the edges and apply butter & Green Chutney on top of it.
  • Now add the Chopped vegetables on top of the bread with some pinch of prepared masala.
  • That's it ! Cut the bread pieces in your favorite shapes and serve with mint chutney or chili sauce.

Step 4:  Now take a bread and trim the edges.
Step 5:  Apply butter & Green Chutney on top of it.
Step 5: Now add boiled chopped potatoes on it.
Step 7: Add cucumber and onions on top.
Step 8: Add Tomato & Capsicum chopped.
Step 9: Add Boiled Beetroot and pinch of masala which we have prepared.
Step 10: That's it ! Cut the bread pieces in your favorite shapes and serve with mint chutney or chili sauce.
