
Sada Sandwich Recipe | Indian Style
Ingredients
- 1 start anise
- 15-20 black peppercorns
- 10-12 cloves
- 1 inch cinnamon sticks
- 4 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp citric acid
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tbsp dry mango powder
- 1/2 tbsp black salt
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tomato
- 1 Boiled potato
- 1 Boiled beetroot
- 4 Bread slice
- Butter
- Green chutney
- Sav
Instructions
- On a medium flame place a pan and Add the following :- 1 Star Anise- 15 to 20 Black Pepper Corns- 10 to 12 Cloves- 2 inch Cinnamon Sticks- 4 Tablespoons Fennel Seeds- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds- Dry roast the added ingredients until fragrant- Add this in a Mixer jar
- In the Mixer Jar add the following :- 1 and 1/2(One and Half) Tablespoon of Citric Acid- 1 Tablespoon Chaat Masala- 1 Tablespoon Dry Mango powder- 1/2 Tablespoon Black Salt- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder- Now grind this into a fine powder and keep it aside.
- Now cut the following vegetables into circle shapes :- 1 Cucumber Chopped- 1 Onion Chopped- 1 Capsicum Chopped- 1 Boiled Potato Chopped- 1 Boiled Beetroot Chopped
- Note : Chop all the veggies in circles for placing it on bread.
- Now take a bread and trim the edges and apply butter & Green Chutney on top of it.
- Now add the Chopped vegetables on top of the bread with some pinch of prepared masala.
- That's it ! Cut the bread pieces in your favorite shapes and serve with mint chutney or chili sauce.

Step 10: That's it ! Cut the bread pieces in your favorite shapes and serve with mint chutney or chili sauce.
