
Ragi Malt Recipe with Curd/Butter Milk and Jaggery

- 2 Glasses
Ingredients
- 2 Ragi Flour
- 2 glasses water
- 1/3 cup curd
- 1/3 cup Butter Milk
- 1 Jaggery
Instructions
- Take two table spoons of Ragi flour powder in a bowl pan and add 2 glasses of water in to it.
- Place the bowl on a medium flame and stir it continuously. As ragi tends to clump if you don't stir.
- Once it becomes thick, place it in a bowl for 15 minutes.
Ragi Malt With Butter Milk/Curd
- In a glass take butter milk and Mix it with curd. Now mix the prepared content with ragi malt. This is one kind of recipe.
Ragi malt with Jaggery
- Take one glass of ragi malt put 1 table spoon of jaggery. Preparing ragi malt with jaggery will give more nutrients than sugar and also more beneficial for your health.
