Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 water Add 1/3 rd of water
  • 250 Grams Sugar
  • 1 Liter Milk
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In the pan, add the water and 1 liter of milk. place on high flames and let it heat.
  • When the milk starts bubbling keep stirring at high flames in order to avoid the ‘clump’ which reduces the taste.
  • After 15 minutes, add half cup of sugar to it.(Based on your taste of sugar)if you want more sweet you can add more.
  • After 10 minutes add 1 spoon of vinegar to break the milk.
  • In approximately 10 minutes it will become more thick and juicy.
  • Pour it into a steel plate, that is touched with ghee
  • Add your favorite dry fruits on it and leave it for 1 hour That’sit your favorite healthy and delicious Indian sweet is ready to serve
