
Tasty and sweet Dil pasand Recipe at home
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 Cups All purpose flour
- 50 grms 50grms of butter
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 Cup shredded coconut
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Tutti Frutti (candies papaya)
- 1 Cup dry coconut
- 1 tbsp crushed cardamom
- full hand chopped cashews
Instructions
- Mix all purpose flour, butter, baking powder, salt and add water as required and mix well till the soft dough
- Cover it and keep aside for 30 minutes
- Take a bowl, add a milk, shredded coconut, tutty fruity, butter, sugar, cardamon, chopped cashews
- Take soft dough and divide into two equal portions of round balls
- Take two portions and make two separate roties from it.
- Now put the stuffing over the one roti and cover the stuff with other roti on top of it equally, seal the edges with help of water
- coat the butter on top and bake for 30 minutes with help of oven or cooker.
- Cut them in a required shape
