Crispy Chicken Sandwich | American Style

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3/4 tbsp onions powder
  • 1/4 tbsp paprika powder
  • Crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Refined flour
  • A few leaves of fresh thyme
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 cup Dried bread crumbs
  • 2 white bread slices
  • Butter
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the breast pieces into thin slices.
  • In a bowl add this breast pieces and Add the following:
    Add :
    - 3/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
    - 1/4 paprika Powder
    - 1/2 tablespoon of crushed Black Peppercorns
    - 1 tablespoon garlic paste
    - Pinch of salt to taste
    - 1 tablespoon refined flour
    - Few leaves of fresh Thyme
    - 1 egg White
  • Now mix all for sometime and dip the chicken in dried bread crumbs.
  • Now deep fry the chicken bread crumbs in oil for sometime.
  • Take 2 bread slices, trim the edges and apply butter on top.
  • Now place the following on top of the bread :
    - Lettuce Leaves
    - Place the breast pieces on the bread.
    - Add Mayonnaise
    - Tomato Slices
    - Sprinkle Salt on it
    - Crushed Black Pepper Corns
  • Now place another bread on top of the bread.
  • That's it ! Crispy and tasty chicken sandwich is ready to serve with chili sauce.

Notes

Step 4: Dip the chicken in dried bread crumbs.
Step 5: Now deep fry the chicken bread crumbs in oil for sometime. 
Step 6: Take 2 bread slices, trim the edges and apply the butter on top.
Step 7: Apply butter on top.
Step 8:  Now place the following on top of the bread :
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Add Mayonnaise
Step 9: - Place the breast pieces on the bread.
Step 10:  Add
  • Tomato Slices
  •  Sprinkle Salt on it
  • Crushed Pepper Corns
Step 11: Now place another bread on top of the bread. That's it ! Crispy and tasty chicken sandwich is ready to serve with chili sauce.
