Ingredients
  

  • 260 grams Carrots
  • 170 grams Beetroot
  • 180 grams Apple
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixer and add 300 gm carrot, 200 gm beetroot, 200 gm Apple.
  • Now add 2 table spoons of ginger and 2 table spoons of Lemon juice.
  • Now switch on the mixer for few minutes. Now healthy A+B+C(Apple+Beetroot+Carrot) juice is ready to serve, this will provide vitamin A and many other energizers to your body.

Notes

Step 1: Add 300 gm of carrot into mixer.
        
Step 2: Add 200 gm of beetroot into the jar.
Step 3: Add 2 table spoons of ginger.
Step 4: Add 2 table spoons of lemon juice
Step 5: Blend the booster for few minutes.
Step 6: Tasty and healthy protein and nutrient juice is ready to serve.
